B&G Butchers was built around a simple idea - go to the origin, know the producer, and choose carefully. Not everything is worth bringing to the table, and not every product deserves a place in the counter. Selection is the heart of the craft.

We travel, we taste, and we listen. We work closely with farmers, growers, and producers who take pride in what they do - people who understand their land, respect their animals, and stand behind their work. These relationships are built slowly, over time, through trust and shared standards.
